British Columbia invited 52 candidates before the Christmas.

On December 23, 2019, British Columbia conducted a new draw in the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) Tech Pilot. This time, BC invited 52 candidates working in the 29 key technology occupations to apply for a provincial nomination in four categories: Skills Immigration – Skilled Worker, Skills Immigration – International Graduate, Express Entry British Columbia – Skilled Worker, and Express Entry British Columbia – International Graduate. The lowest score in all four categories was 90 points. This year, BC invited 1,503 Tech Pilot candidates this year. In total, the province issued 9,449 ITAs in 2019.
