August 19th: In the most recent Express Entry draw, Canada issued 600 invitations to candidates to apply for a PR. Invited candidates needed a provincial nomination in order to be selected. IRCC used its tie break rule and anyone who entered their profile before July 24, 2020 at 11:29:33 UTC and had a CRSÂ score of or above 771 was issued an ITA.
