The City of North Bay, Ontario will be launching the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) in the next couple of weeks, providing potential candidates with a pathway to Canadian PR. Once the North Bay site is online, it will be possible for candidates to submit their application and for employers to post job offers.
