On October 30, 2019, Canada held a new draw in the Express Entry selection system. In round #129, IRCC issued 3,900 Invitations to Apply (ITA). The minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score for this round was 475, eleven points higher compared to round #127. This was the highest score in the Express Entry in 2019! The tie-breaking rule for this round was August 29, 2019, at 03:50:24 UTC. As of October 25, 2019, there are 131,399 profiles registered in the Express Entry pool, 5,518 more than in the previous round. Canada has already invited 71,700 candidates in 22 rounds of Express Entry in 2019.
