Tech Pilot Draw: 57 invitations issued.

B.C. issued 57 invitations to candidates in the most latest Tech Pilot draw held. The invitations were issued to candidates in the Skilled Worker and International Graduate categories of the Express Entry BC and Skills Immigration streams. The selected candidates in all the subcategories needed a minimum provincial score of 80.

AIPP: List of designated employers gets updated.

Newfoundland and Labrador and New Brunswick have updated their lists of Provincial employers designated to participate in the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP). Newfoundland and Labrador added one new employer and as for New Brunswick, it added 16 new employers. As of today, there are 2,570 employers in all four Atlantic provinces who can hire foreign workers in the framework of the Atlantic Pilot.

Manitoba invites 125 candidates.

Manitoba issued a total of 125 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) to candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence in Canada. LAAs were issued to Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program candidates under the following 3 streams: Skilled Workers in Manitoba, Skilled Workers Overseas and International Education Stream. The ranking score of the lowest-ranked invited candidate under the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream was 475 and for Skilled Workers Overseas stream it was 816.

B.C. invites 314 candidates.

British Columbia invited 314 candidates in the new draw in the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry British Columbia (EEBC) categories of the BC PNP. The province excluded 31 NOCs from participation in the draw.
